Clear immigration and customs in Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry terminal, and you are 3 minutes land ride from paradise. Land shuttle service from ferry terminal to resort is provided and included in hotel rates. Ferry rate: SGD 90 (economy) SGD 142 (emerald) Room is spacious enough for family of up to 4 pax (45sqm). There are 100 rooms and their interior is more or less the same. Hotel is equipped with individual aircon system and en-suite toilet. There are 20 rooms with 🛁 Jacuzzi 🛁 and they are located furthest from the restaurant. Full amenities including slippers, toiletries, towels, ironing board, meeting room, restaurants are all available for use. Open your door in the morning and you find the largest crystal lagoon right in front of you. Dip into the pool from 9am - 6pm daily, and it’s so big you will never find it crowded. They have the best hospitality attitude and is always ready to make your stay an unforgettable one. Plan in advance and they are able to decorate your room or to plan a birthday surprise. Their romantic dinner set for 2 has a special set up along the lagoon deck best suited for couples or birthday celebrations. Try their BBQ just outside your own tent at least once. Get a package and your bbq pit will be set up just outside your tent. This is the second time I have visited Natra Bintan. Only 1 hour ferry trip from Singapore. The property nestled directly on South-East Asia’s largest man-made Crystal lagoon, where you can enjoy enthralling water activities, including family-friendly bumper boat-rides, fun slides and wakeboarding action. A total of 100 safari-themed tents are ready to welcome holiday-goers in the middle of pristine nature. What’s more, they offer BBQ package in front of your tent. It was our first trip and staying in Natra Bintan. Service was great by the ever friendly and helpful staff who always serve with a smile. The tentage rooms was clean n ready for our stay. Super nice and huge man made lagoon with many activities available for the whole family to play and have fun. Water activities, scooter rental, ATV, bicycles rental, archery and even and indoor playground for your little ones. Do note these activities are at additional costs.

Our maiden trip upon Singapore border relaxation. An impromptu trip, thankfully we managed to get the ferry tickets. My son learned and enjoyed the kayaking in the lagoon and other water activities safe for kids. I love the salted water, tho man made but still feel as if you were in the sea.

Very unique tent staycation at Indonesia… The hotel are combined by lot’s of tents. And only 5 minutes from harbors and hotel will provide a shuttle bus for you. very convenient to your journey….. Simultaneously, there is a water sport center in the hotel that guest clouds have some outdoor water sport items free there…. I like the bathroom of this hotel that a natural style with a Jetted bathtub. Then hotel has a lake side restaurant that you can enjoy romantic sunset moments while having dinner…. Airport pickup by natra bintan Staff are stationed outside arrival Check your room bookings & they wait for everyone to arrive before leaving (they are stationed outside for every ferry arrival timings) (Emailed them a day before to confirm pick up time) 3. Buggy pick up from reception to room Attractions - 1. Mangrove tour - got to see birds, snakes, fishes 2. Fireflies tour - we got a chatty guide, entertained us well 3. Treasure bay/chill cove - where most of the activities are held Hotels - Stayed at natra bintan, anmon is right beside, would give it a try in the future Food & Restaurants - - hawker 5 mins away by bicycle - only one restaurant in the resort, for bfast, lunch and dinner, serves nice food though Shopping - souvenirs near reception - cycle 5 mins away to mama shop, souvenir shops

✨Hotel Highlights - Quiet during non-peak period which is great for a short relaxing getaway - Staff are friendly, polite and helpful ++ customer service - clean rooms ♨️Amenities - near to attractions (mangrove, fireflies, hawker, treasure bay, spa) - well maintained pool 🛁Room Environment - smells great, clean rooms, shower area - only con is that tent shakes when strong wind blows, soundproofing is poor, flies outside when having bbq, ants in bathroom due to it being semi outdoors 🍽️Breakfast - wide variety of food, mainly western, Indonesian - serves desserts, mains, pastries, snacks 🛎️Hotel Service - has free pick up/drop off from ferry terminal - complimentary bike rental to go out of the resort (we went to the hawker + mama shop which was 5-10mins ride away) 💗Guest Experience - awesome get away would come back again if life allows

You can book ATV sesslon, many water activities like cable ski or cable tube, mangrove tour etc. we rented a scooter to get around as the resort and lagoon is huge. Start your day with buffet breakfast with Indonesia food or international spread, the option is plenty. The resort only have one restaurant & bar however you can order BBQ dinner to be prepared right outside your tent, or a romantic dinner by the pool. Bidding farewell to the ferry, Bintan Island welcomed me with whispers of adventure. My luxurious tent at Natra Bintan wasn't your average canvas abode. A giant pool shimmered outside, a personal lagoon amidst the tropics. But lounging wasn't all. Kayaking through mangroves, conquering the climbing wall, and evenings under a starlit sky filled my days. Relaxation found me at the spa, closing the day after adventurous and fun activities. The clear blue lagoon was spectacular! Room was comfy and cosy with a large jacuzzi bathtub. There is a hotel shuttle car that takes us around the hotel facilities, playground and lobby. Great stay in this enjoyable and comfortable 5 stars resort. #bintan #Resort #Lagoon #Glamping

After landing at Changi Airport in Singapore, it takes less than 10 minutes by taxi to get to the pier. The hotel consists of over 100 tent rooms, and the bathrooms are semi-open with green plants, giving off a very Southeast Asian vibe. Most importantly, this resort hotel sits on the largest artificial lake in Asia, offering a wide range of outdoor activities and a place to sunbathe and relax. It is highly recommended for small partners who are tired from working in Singapore to come here and lie down. Finally, the hotel's dining is good, and the Indonesian fried noodles are highly recommended.

natra bintan daybreak - peaceful and serene .. love it !

Featuring the glamping concept of stay, I stayed in one of the tentage equipped with full modern interior and personal outdoor jacuzzi! The tentage also face the man-made lagoon where guest can actually do water activities such as wake boarding and even slides. Sunset was great and it is really relaxing & quiet at night! Interior was clean and pretty spacious. The toilet is partial outdoor with the jungle like concept. I enjoyed the food served at the restaurant, price is reasonable. Breakfast was standard but filling. One plus factor is that they can arranged for self bbq dinner outside your own staying tentage itself. how unique is that!
