Nasi Bamboo Sungai Klah Restaurant If you are heading North from KL, you should stop at this place to have your lunch! This restaurant is easy to find. after you exit Sungkai and turn right, it is just about 300 meters from the traffic light, after lunch you can head back to the highway and continue your destination. You can find here the food is deliciously cooked. malay cuisine like ayam masak merah, ikan sungai, kerabu, daging salai, kambing bakar, perfect for your lunch. You have to decide what you want to eat because the method is que before paid. So when you have to move forward, it's difficult to turn back to take the food, if behind you is people queuing. The place has a wide area to choose from where to sit. #springitinerary In July this year, I visited Felda Residence Hot Spring in Sungkai, Perak, about a 2-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur 🚗💨 I actually came to Sungkai a few times as a child, but only to visit the public hot springs. (Now with the pandemic, public pools feel a bit less appealing 😅). So when I came across this resort with private hot springs, I decided to give it a try! 🏡 Accommodation There were 6 of us, so we booked a 3-bedroom villa, which included: 3 bedrooms 🛏️ A living room 🛋️ A kitchen 🍳 And best of all — a private jacuzzi right at the entrance! 🛁✨ The overall space was very generous, the beds were clean and comfy. The villa cost us about RM700+ per night (we came on a weekend, so it may have been a bit pricier). 💦 Private Jacuzzi Experience The jacuzzi inside the villa was surprisingly spacious — all 6 of us could fit in comfortably! Around 3–4 PM, the water was extremely hot — like turn-your-skin-red hot! 🔥😳 Personally, I found the most comfortable soak times to be around 5–6 PM or in the early morning.#staycation

I originally thought it was just a park, but I didn't expect that the unremarkable house housed a wide variety of utensils and furnishings. It was like going back to the 1960s. The staff was friendly. I couldn't eat any more tea or snacks, so I didn't order any. I only drank the home-produced coffee. I thought it was a drink, but it wasn't. It had a unique and nostalgic taste! #Good place for families

If you came from Kuala Lumpur, pls do come early in the morning as it gets crowded by time. Cannot bring food from outside. You can buy from inside, they sell nasi lemak, mee goreng, maggi cup and variety of drinks. As you get inside, do enjoy the scenery first before go to the waterpark. If you come early, there’s a place for you to sit but if you came late, you can bring tikar / mat to sit under the tree. Or khemah. Location just near Sungkai Perak which take about 2 hours driving from Kuala Lumpur. Very perfect place to escape from noisy and routine environment. This hotel has great landscape and scenery. The room was spacious and very clean enough. Theme park is free for guest hotel. Got hot and cold springs. Also can boil egg..no need to bring our owns as they also sell the eggs. Just bring your tummy. Very calm and quiet place and suitable for honeymoon also. The hotel price is cheaper than what you earned as memories. Also got spa and reflexology. Bike for rental also provided. Overall it is really amazing!!
