The Naples Botanical Garden is a beautiful collection of over 1,000 tropical flora across more than 170 acres of land.
It is focused specifically on showcasing the ecosystems and plants that are native to one area.
That area is the region between the 26th parallel south and 26th parallel north.
Different gardens within the larger botanical garden site are dedicated to different plant ecosystems.
These include the Kapnick Caribbean Garden, Kapnick Brazilian Garden, Lee Asian Water Garden, Smith River of Grass, and Buehler Enabling Garden.
There are 9 gardens in total making up this expansive nature sanctuary.
If you have kids, you can take them to the Smith Children’s Garden, which offers seasonal educational events.
The Naples Botanical Garden can be found near downtown Naples, just about three miles to its south.
If you’re a nature-lover looking for what to do, it’s definitely an attraction that you should not miss!
