📍陶翠苑 Opening hours: 11AM - 5PM daily, closed on Tuesdays I was riding a bike in Itoshima and got hungry, so I found a good restaurant on Google Map. I just set the destination without any information and just kept going, but it was a really quiet restaurant with a friendly couple. Unfortunately, the mackerel sushi was sold out, but the feeling of eating in the forest on the second floor, the clean high rice soba, and the dessert were all perfect. It is located on the coastline, with the background of azure waters and magnificent sea views, forming a beautiful landscape painting. The Okinojin Sea Torii stands in the waves, giving people a spectacular and sacred feeling. We walked to the Torii gate at low tide and observed its beauty and sacredness up close. Karatsu Beach has beautiful sandy beaches and vast ocean views. We used trip.com to book a nearby seaside hotel to enjoy the beautiful sea view, and enjoyed member discounts and trip coin rewards. It was a pleasant travel experience.
