Yakushidake Panorama Park is located at the summit of Mt. Yakushi in Fukushima Prefecture. In addition to the mountain trail, you can reach Yakushidake Panorama Park by taking the Adatara Mountain Ropeway to the summit station in about 10 minutes. Below the ropeway, you can see the cityscape from Koriyama City to Fukushima City, the Abukuma mountain range, the Zao mountain range in the distance, and even the spectacular Azuma Kofuji. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the ropeway summit station to reach Yakushidake Panorama Park. It was a weekday afternoon, but the autumn leaves were at their peak, so it was crowded.
