Where do I even begin with Moxy. A place that's home away from home, casual comfort right at the heart. Through the main entrance, you will be greeted by a bell boy whom I mistook for a guest. He was approachable and knew directions around the property. The atmosphere and decoration of the lobby shines neon, artsy, not your regular suit and tie hotel lobby. The design is intriguing with attention to details. It was simply breathtaking. We headed to the bar that screamed, "this is the place to be!" Check out the pictures. The cocktail menu was curated with inspiration from the Cinema giving their drinks catchy names and artistic design. The icing on the cake was the Superstar Hospitality Team lead by Seagame that night! We were casually chatting, ordered a drink, exchanging stories about our cities. He did the whole customer service A-Z. He listened, empathised, asked questions, engaged in eye contact, smiled throughout and was genuine. We shared that my partner does not drink and that we were bar hopping to celebrate my birthday. Joe made us a cocktail and a mocktail that we did not expect. They listened that one of us is alcohol free and that gesture totally won our hearts. We took our drinks outside for some pictures and when we got back in to settle the bill, the whole team came out singing Happy Birthday, ready with party accessories, a cake and even a sash! The A Team truly made our first experience at Moxy unforgettable! We had a moxy bear and a personalised post card as a token. The Moxy post card has made it to me ur fridge back home and the bear is a deco in our TV stand! We would have headed back the next day for a mean espresso martini but we were running short of time. If compared with Moxy in China and Japan, this one can be considered the flagship version. Sawadee ka! Check-in experience sharing: 1. Hotel lobby It’s not on the first floor, but on the ninth floor. It’s very big and suitable for taking photos. Check-in was done at the bar, which was great. They also gave me a Moxy bear doll, so cute, thank you. 2. Geographical location It is super convenient, close to Chidlom BTS Station, opposite Central World and next to BigC Supermarket. The hotel has a dedicated elevator that leads directly to the pedestrian bridge. How about city living? Key points: It is close to the Erawan Shrine and can be reached in about ten minutes on foot. 3. Ninth floor environment Breakfast is on the ninth floor; the laundry room is on the ninth floor; the gym is on the ninth floor; the free office area is on the ninth floor; and playing billiards is also on the ninth floor, hahahaha. At night, you can sit in the hotel’s open-air lounge area, which is on the ninth floor, hahahaha. All the hotel's public areas are currently on the ninth floor (with the rooftop bar expected to open by the end of the year), including meeting facilities, a bar-style front desk, a restaurant, lounge areas, a gym, and an outdoor terrace - the moment the elevator doors open, it's like stepping into a vast co-working space, and the outdoor terrace is impressively huge! The room interiors still adhere to Moxy's brand standards, with everything wall-mountable, but with a touch of Thai elements, such as elephant hooks on the wall and a little bear ornament on the bedside table. The interior space is clear at a glance, and the floor-to-ceiling windows deserve praise for the fantastic view! The bathroom is also very clear - drinking water, tea bags, and a kettle are hidden behind the full-length mirror sliding door in the bathroom, a nice storage solution. I particularly like this kind of space design!

Great stay. Nice location. Roads become 1 way so its harder to get grab from the main entrance as the driver always went missing. Would suggest putting ur picup point as bahmee restaurant which at the back.
