Exploring the Aksu Base Camp of the Taklimakan Rally - Absolutely Stunning
🎉The Taklimakan Rally has been around for 20 years! It's not just a car racing feast, but also a wonderful journey about challenges, courage, and exploration.
📢The 2024 China Taklimakan International Rally is so exciting! There are a total of 10 stages, with a total distance of 4377.5 kilometers, including various special terrains such as deserts, Gobi, and Yardang landforms, and more than half of the race is in the desert!
🚗Arriving at the Aksu base camp, we saw the teams returning from the race, busy with vehicle inspection and adjustment.
✨We also interviewed Robbie Gordon, an American father and son team who are competing in China for the first time. He is the first American driver to win a stage in the Dakar Rally! His presence not only brings excitement but also conveys the perseverance, bravery, and resilience needed for off-road rallying, which allows the drivers to shine in such a tough competition. Even more exciting, we met Li Yifei, the only female driver from Beijing, and had a close chat with her about her journey and dreams!
👏Here, I had a face-to-face exchange with the drivers! You can get a close look at their battle-scarred race cars, each one seemingly telling the intense story of the races.
🚗Even better, you can listen to the stories of the drivers and the Taklimakan Rally 🎙️. Whether they are experienced veterans or first-time rookies, through their conversations, you can deeply feel their indomitable spirit and perseverance on the Taklimakan track!
❤️It's really worth experiencing, everyone come and feel the charm of the Taklimakan Rally!
