It's like a little castle with its own special appeal, and the walk in nearby trees was peaceful relaxation. 🌳🏰 Moritzburg village is a treasure itself. The old-fashioned roads with big stones and wooden buildings make you feel like remembering the past. In 1943, when the German house-painting artist and sculptor Kate Kohler (1867-1945) was destroyed in Berlin, she moved to the town of Moritzburg and lived there until her death. Lu Xun introduced the works of Kohler Huizhi to China, which greatly influenced the development of modern Chinese prints. Her work and personal documents left by Kate Kohler's last residence can not help but miss the German artist.
