It's a cute and cozy place with nice views. The seats are a little bit uncomfortable on the outerside of the café but I saw some couches inside that may be more comfortable. The coffee is excellent and the Hokkaido Milk they use is indeed very rich. Expect to pay a premium but it's worth checking out at least once if you love milk. The ice cream was so rich and buttery it's my first time trying it and it's definitely an experience.
