I happened to see this hotel on trip.com. The pictures were nice and the price was reasonable, so I decided to choose Modena by Fraser Ashley as my next stop. As the name suggests, this hotel is located right on Ashley Road in Tsim Sha Tsui; right in the heart of the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui area. It is only a few minutes away from the subway station. However, the hotel building looks like a commercial building, and the entrance decoration and gate design are no different from other commercial buildings, so tourists may miss it. As soon as I entered the basement of the building, I saw a staff member sitting there. I thought it was the information desk or security room, but it turned out to be the hotel front desk. Check in was really fast. In less than 5 minutes, I was issued a key card and could go to the room. The most special thing about the hotel room is that it serves as both a place to stay and a place to cook, and is equipped with a large number of kitchen supplies, such as microwave ovens, ovens, steamers and other application tools. It is suitable for couples to relive the fun of playing house wine. The room was formerly a commercial and residential property, but was later converted into a hotel and has become its current operating model. The hotel is located at 18 Ashley Road, about 3 minutes' walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. It is close to Kowloon Park, Harbour City, Cultural Centre and Star Ferry Pier. The transportation is quite convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The hotel reception is on the ground floor. The check-in procedure is simple. You just need to fill in some simple information and pay a deposit of $500, then you can get the key card to go to your room. There are two elevators for going up and down. This hotel is apartment-style, with only two rooms on each floor, so the space is larger and cooking utensils are provided, making it suitable for travelers who prefer home-style accommodation. Basic facilities such as free bottled water, electric kettle, coffee bags and cups, medium-sized refrigerator, large wardrobe, safe, iron and ironing board, rain shelter, eco-friendly slippers and large TV are all available. There are also toasters, microwaves and induction cookers for cooking. The room has enough power sockets, including some near the bed. There is a bathtub that I like, which is a relatively new style, but it is relatively thin and cannot fully stretch out for bathing, which is a bit lacking! But I was impressed by how luxurious the pandas' residence is! 2⃣️Ngong Ping 360: I go every time I come to Hong Kong, and I also visit Citygate Outlets and have a meal. It is especially suitable for people who don't want to walk. Take the cable car for half an hour to enjoy the scenery of mountains and sea. This time, I also saw a section of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge entering the sea (photo 8). Set off by the sunset, it looks like a golden snake emerging from the sea. 3⃣️Sai Kung (photos 5-7): This was my first time here. It has a very local feel. There is no other place. 6⃣️Hong Kong Space Museum (photos 16/17, 4th/5th from the end) It is a small but well-equipped planetarium with a lot of interaction. The location is good, right in Tsim Sha Tsui, unlike Shanghai, which puts it in a remote suburb. The value for money is excellent. Children are free, and adults are HKD 10. My family played for 2 hours and were reluctant to leave. I had to drag them out. 7⃣️Tsim Sha Tsui K11 Mall (best with two photos) The architectural decoration inside is unique. The shops, goods, and food are all expensive, so it's best to treat it as a scenic spot. The outside section has a more central view of Victoria Harbour. There was a Doraemon exhibition on that day, but you had to buy separate tickets, so I didn't go.
