I arrived around noon on a weekday, just after the store opened. The line wasn't too long, and I got my pretzels after waiting for about 15 minutes. I've been eating these pretzels since I was a kid. After Auntie Anne's left Hong Kong, I could only get them in Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, and South Korea. Now, I can finally enjoy them in Hong Kong again. The menu has changed a bit, but my favorite flavors are still available, along with some new additions. You can watch the staff bake the pretzels through the glass window. The orders are processed quickly, and the pretzels are freshly baked and piping hot. Sour Cream & Onion HK$28 Pretzels are delicious whether sweet or savory. My favorite is the Sour Cream & Onion.
