Akafuji's hamburger steak is made with 100% Kobe Wagyu beef and carefully selected Wagyu beef, and no binders are used, only the flavor of the ingredients. They will carefully grill it on the hot plate in front of you💕 The hamburger steak is topped with an original blend of beef fat, and the flavor melts and seeps in as it is grilled! We use special chopsticks to grill each bite. A fresh hamburger steak that is slightly red and rare is totally fine☺️ The meat juices come out well and it is very juicy. Korean Kitchen Shijang is a Korean restaurant located in Mint Kobe in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. Here you can enjoy Korean food such as stone-grilled bibimbap, hiyashi (cold noodles), and rappokki. It's popular, so you have to line up, but when I went, it happened to be empty and I was able to go right away. I ordered bibimbap. It was very hot, and hot lol. It was delicious. The kimchi and cheese went well together and made me want to eat. Caution!!
