A hidden natural wonder near Osaka: Minoh Falls
Minoo Falls, located only about 30 minutes away from downtown Osaka, is a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the beauty of nature. This waterfall with a drop of about 33 meters is located in Minoo Quasi-National Park. It is one of the top 100 waterfalls in Japan. The scenery of each season is charming, especially in autumn, when the waterfall surrounded by red leaves is like a fairyland.
It takes about 40 minutes to reach the waterfall by walking along the waterfall trail. The trees along the way cover the sky, the air is fresh, and you can also see cute wild animals such as squirrels and birds. There is also a small shop on the trail that sells the local specialty "Maple Leaf Tempura". The snacks fried with maple leaves are crispy and delicious, and it is a special delicacy that you cannot miss when visiting Minoh!
After reaching the waterfall, the clear water cascades down the rock wall, and the sound of water echoes in the valley, bringing relaxation to the body and mind.
