Trip to Hamburg 🇩🇪

It was a short weekend trip to Hamburg, Germany 🇩🇪 We started our trip by visiting Rathaus (Hamburg City Hall). It was built between 1886 and 1897, this Neo-Renaissance building serves as the seat of the government of Hamburg. It stands on over 4,000 oak piles. We joined a guided tour to explore the grand halls and learnt about Hamburg's political history. 📍Rathausmarkt 1, 20095 Hamburg, Germany. 💰Around €5 for guided tours. We also strolled around St. Michael's Church (Michel). A symbol of Hamburg, this Baroque church was originally built in the 17th century. It has been rebuilt several times due to fires and wars. Besides, we also visited Miniatur Wunderland. It is the largest model railway in the world, showcasing incredibly detailed miniature landscapes, including cities, countryside, and famous landmarks. Definitely worth your visit 💯 📍Kehrwieder 2-4/Block D, 20457 Hamburg, Germany. 💰€20.50 for adults. We also explored Speicherstadt (Warehouse District). A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this is the largest warehouse district in the world, built between 1883 and 1927. It's known for its red-brick buildings and neo-gothic architecture. Last but not least, if you at looking for a place for dinner, you can try out Das Dorf. They served mainly German Traditional Cuisine.
