If you happen to be out shopping or dining at Millenia Walk, take some time to look up at the ceiling / roof of the mall. Yes the ceiling ! Legendary architect and Pritzker Architecture Prize Laureate, Philip Johnson, created Millenia Walk’s amazing series of asymmetrical pyramids set high above the spacious and elegant interiors of the shopping mall. You will find glass panels at the top allowing natural light to shine into the mall and at the same time the wall panels of the roof architecture are of pastel / rainbow colours, giving the mall an almost surreal magical lighting from the ceiliing above.
Take a walk around the establishment and enjoy the impressive variety of affordable luxury goods, lifestyle and enrichment services, and food & beverage establishments as well. There are also many impressive art collections housed throughout the Millenia Singapore cluster of malls and hotels here.
Millenia Singapore's collection is about synergy that brings together different elements in an exciting fusion of colours, textures and ideas, and certainly embodies a clear desire to inspire an innovative vision in every personnel through an artistic environment.
Do pop by and immerse yourself in the grandeur space of artistic architecture here ! You can also walk across and visit Marina Square and thereafter Suntec City as well as Citylink if you have time !
