Quick Teleport to Korea - Hearty Sundubu from SBCD Korean Tofu House
#favouriteitinerary SBCD Korean Tofu House at Millenia Walk has been our favorite spot for comforting Korean fare, perfect for both special date nights and satisfying lunches. Over the years, we’ve tried various renditions of their signature sundubu jjigae, from seafood and dumpling to pork and chicken, each served piping hot with silky, house-made tofu and deep, umami-rich broth. Their stone pot bibimbap is another must-order, arriving sizzling with perfectly crisped rice at the bottom, mixing beautifully with the fresh vegetables and savory toppings.
The dining experience is elevated by SBCD’s spacious and welcoming interior, featuring high ceilings and large glass windows that create a bright and airy atmosphere. The open kitchen allows diners to catch glimpses of the chefs in action, adding a sense of authenticity to the meal. What makes SBCD stand out is their dedication to quality—their tofu is freshly made in-house daily using premium soybeans imported from Paju, South Korea, ensuring its smooth, delicate texture.
Their array of refillable banchan (side dishes) adds to the meal, with highlights like crunchy kimchi, marinated bean sprouts, and the standout Deep Fried Yellow Croaker fish. And of course, no visit is complete without the little treat at the end—a complimentary yogurt drink that rounds off the meal on a light, refreshing note.
Whether it’s the rich flavors of their sundubu, the comforting warmth of their bibimbap, or the variety of flavorful sides, SBCD Korean Tofu House remains a place we return to time and time again for an authentic and satisfying Korean dining experience.
