Meet Japan in Danang! Mikazuki Water Park & Hot Springs
Danang can be cold at times...
During the 4 nights and 6 days I went there in a hurry, I only saw the sun on the 5th day, the day I returned home. It wasn't the rainy season, but it was so windy and chilly that I went to Han Market to buy long-sleeved clothes, and it rained occasionally, so swimming outside at the hotel was out of the question... (Of course, it was a pretty long distance that I would have taken a Grab if I had taken a Grab... It was such a nice day to slowly walk around and see the nooks and crannies of the alleys that I would have missed.)
Mikazuki Resort, and Mikazuki Water Park & Hot Springs, where I thought, 'Why go all the way to Danang to go here?'
I felt bad about not being able to go into the water even once in Vietnam, so I wanted to go swimming once and come back, so I went on the 4th day.
1st floor water park: It was cold even though it was an indoor water park. The water was too lukewarm... So I went to the 4th floor right after taking a dip in the lazy river.
4th floor hot spring: The water was so warm and so nice.
I finally felt like I was in Vietnam and going into the water. Since it was an open-air bath, I don't think I would be able to go in when it's hot. Anyway, the weather was cold that day, so I thought it was similar to going to an open-air bath in Japan in the winter. Although the water temperature wasn't as high as in Japan, and it couldn't match the natural hot spring water in Japan... The weather was so unusually chilly that the owner of the Korean restaurant said it was the first time he had ever worn such thick clothes, but I was able to stay in the water for a long time in the afternoon, so I was so satisfied... (You can't swim in the hot springs lol)
If you happen to go to Da Nang and it's cold, it might be a good option to spend a day here.
