room small. suitable for solo travellers or couple. toilet small. basic toiletries have, like body wash and shampoo, towels, toothbrush toothpaste, cup, hair dryer BUT no hand soap. bed is comfy. BUT aircon is really stuffy tv similar to yotel tv, BUT tv connection is just slightly better than JI hotel to me, Mercure feel is between Yotel & JI hotel.

Hotel is new with many restaurants around the vicinity . Room is big and spacious and the buffet breakfast is very sumptuous .

Check in took us pretty fast with complimentary drinks to the bar. After we check in to the room, the electric jumped on us. Have called the receptionist twice and waited about 20 mins to have the repair staff to our room. The breakfast and hotel environment are great and most importantly with complimentary parking
