Getting There - Just park the car at the parking bay and you can walk around the shopping then go to the lobby hotel Attractions - it is close to shopping malls like alamanda Hotels - very best hotel ever. The hotel is located in the Shaftsbury Putrajaya building. Under the Shaftsbury building there is a Starbucks cafe and a McDonalds fast food restaurant. The Shaftsbury building is also located opposite the Alamanda Putrajaya shopping complex. So, it is very easy to eat, shop and go to the cinema. This hotel is an apartment hotel. This means that all the units here are large, complete with a living room, kitchen, dining room and bedroom. Basic family room, equipped with one queen bedroom and another twin bedroom. There’s two toilets, living, dining, kitchen and laundry room. The hotel walls are actually very thin, if u are not bothered by the sounds of other guests, then go ahead to book this place. They still do have a very bad sewage smell in one of the toilets thou. The good point is the pool and gym is great. And there’s a hotel spa as well. Modern and affordable rates and friendly staff. Alamanda Shopping mall is 5mins away. And there’s MacD, TeaLive and a cafe near the hotel lobby.

Absolute awesome hotel in Putrajaya. Next to Alamanda shopping centre and right above Shaftbury Building with a lot of f&b options available. the apartment style room is so stylish with KL skylines view featuring TRX,KLCC, KL tower and slightly PNB118. Can see the Genting Highland during sunny day too. always booked together with breakfast. the food variety is good enough with local and intercontinental options available. there are small steamboat pots to use with chicken or Tom yam broth for your morning meals too.

We recently stayed here and one of the biggest highlights was its unbeatable location. The hotel offers direct access to the nearby shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient for anyone who loves shopping or just wants quick access to various stores. Beyond shopping, the variety of eateries around the hotel is impressive. From quick bites and cozy cafes to fine dining and international cuisine, there’s something for every taste and budget. The hotel staff was also helpful with the check in and during the breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

Based on trip’s listing we should have a complimentary check in at 12NN and late check out at 3PM, but upon arriving on the hotel, we were unable to check in at the designated time and waitied until 3 PM to check in. For the late check out, we still need to discuss and according to staff, it is subject to availability, which is not indicated on the TOS of the listing. Pros - shops and convinience stores are available and the hotel is just across Alamanda Mall - few minutes away from Putrajaya Lake Park and IOI City Mall - room is spacious with kitchen area, living area and 1 bed room however the toilet is not connected to the bedroom. #mercureliving #mercure #putrajayatrip

Nice and cozy. This is a great place for staycation especially for family. They have kitchen with basic equipment. Washing machine with dryer. Nearby Alamanda mall. The usual hotel facilities - gym, pool (note: it is salt water pool). Breakfast spread is quite decent. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Check in process quite fast. Parking is plenty and FREE!

the appartment is very comfortable to live in. my family had a great time and will come again. the breakfast is very tasty and varied. a room equipped with free wifi, provided with a washing machine. children really enjoy bathing in the pool provided. overall, recommended
