It had a lively, upbeat atmosphere, which made for a great dining experience. The restaurant’s vibe was warm and welcoming, with a cool, modern twist to its design. We ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen in both salt and soy sauce flavors, and they were absolutely fantastic. The rich, savory broth and perfectly cooked noodles left us craving more. In fact, it was so good that we came back a few days later to try even more! This time, we ordered the seafood ramen, mazemen (dry noodles), and gyoza. Every single dish was delicious—the seafood ramen was flavorful, the mazemen had a nice mix of textures, and the gyoza was crispy and tasty. Now I totally understand why this place is so popular!!! Why I recommend this spot: The ramen is exceptional, with rich broths and perfectly cooked noodles that make each bowl a satisfying experience. We tried Mendokoro Ramenba. Can I just say, it is a must try ramen place! The broth is super rich and smooth. Moreover, the beef is soft. It’s like melting in your mouth. One thing to note, reservations are not accommodated here. You must wait and take the line just like anyone else. Prepare your vaccination card before entry. Upon entry, you’ll order in the counter. They also have beers like the Japanese famous Asahi or iced teas like Sola. We ordered the Tantanmen ramen and gyoza 5 pieces here. No regrets. They were super delicious. They freshly cook your food in front of you and you sit in a bar like facade.
