Phra Phutta Yodfa Bridge, officially known as Saphan Pathom Borommaratchanusorn, is a bridge across the Chao Phraya River, connecting the Thonburi and Phra Nakhon sides at the end of Tri Phet Road and Prajadhipok Road. Phra Phutta Yodfa Bridge was built during the reign of King Prajadhipok, Rama VII. Today, Phra Phutta Yodfa Bridge is the location of the Phra Pathom Borommaratchanusorn Memorial and there is also a public park for people to relax and do various activities. In addition, it is especially beautiful in the evening.

When it comes to flower markets in Bangkok, Pak Khlong Talat is the first place that comes to mind. Known for its fresh flowers, reasonable prices, and central location, it is also close to Phutthayotfa Bridge. This past Valentine's Day, I decided to revisit and take a stroll. I arrived at the market around 4 PM, which was a perfect time as the sun wasn't too hot. My plan was to spend an hour browsing the flowers and then head to Phutthayotfa Bridge to take photos during the golden hour at around 5 PM. #How to get there 🛶 Today's trip to Kudi Chin, Thonburi side, will take you to travel by water. Travel by Chao Phraya Express Boat 📍Start your journey from Nonthaburi Pier, Nonthaburi Province. There will be a N30 pier located at the Nonthaburi pier clock tower. Buy a ticket here. Say you are going to Saphan Phut Pier. The price is 15-20 baht. This depends on the color of the flag. Each color of the flag may have a different price. But we took the orange flag. 🏖️ There are quite a few seats available from Nonthaburi Pier. You can choose a seat. Sit at the front of the boat to see a clear view. Along the way, we will see the view along the Chao Phraya River. The boat will take us across Rama V Bridge, Rama VII Bridge, there is a skytrain route, trees along the banks, beautiful piers such as Bang Pho Pier, and through the parliament. Looking from the water, you can clearly see the golden pagoda. 📌 We will board at Saphan Phut Pier. It takes about 1 hour. After leaving the pier, we will walk along the river embankment to the Kudi Chin community, a chill tourist attraction in Bangkok.

Bangkok is also great for taking photos. If you have limited time and want beautiful pictures, I recommend going to Phutthayotfa Bridge and buying flowers from Pak Khlong Talat as props. The photos will turn out amazing. It's best to go before sunset to get the best light and view.
