If you run out of ideas about what to do in Malacca, you can going to the Malacca River Walk. The best time to visit this place is at sunset time.
You can do many things in this area, such as; running/exercise, join in Malacca River Cruise, walking around this area, chill at cafe/restaurant nearby or just chilling in the garden beside the River.
This area turns into a colorful lighting done on the trees alongside the river and on the bridges when the sun goes down. I recommend you to try this activity when you are in Malacca.

Riverside old house got hyped up with Arts
Was taking a stroll by the Melaka Riverside and tried to avoid the main drinking streets... So we head towards the other side along the river and discover such a lively artsy spot!
it was a gathering from all principles of arts - mural drawing, homemade coffee and tarts, natural ice cream, handicrafts, and live acoustic musical instruments. Hosted by the unique local cuisine restaurant BabaKaya. it's a good effort to pull a good night!

Melaka River, the combination of ancient and modern vibrancy, similar to Hoi An
#ancienttown
#malaysia
The Melaka River in Malaysia🇲🇾 offers a captivating blend of ancient charm and modern vibrancy, much like Hoi An in Vietnam🇻🇳. As you stroll along the riverbanks, you’re met with beautifully preserved heritage buildings, colorful murals, and quaint cafes that reflect the city’s rich colonial past. The river itself flows through the heart of Melaka, linking its historic roots with its contemporary developments.
By day at late, the river exudes a peaceful ambiance, with the old-world architecture standing in contrast to the newer urban elements. At night, the scene transforms into a magical setting with twinkling lights, illuminated bridges, and vibrant river cruises passing by. This seamless fusion of the past and present along Melaka River creates a unique and picturesque atmosphere, offering a sense of timeless beauty and cultural richness similar to Hoi An.
