Hidden Hiking Paradise in Shenzhen: Yantian Meisha Point
Meisha Point is located in Yantian District, Shenzhen. It is one of Shenzhen's top ten peaks, with an altitude of 753m. The main peak of Meisha Point looks like a huge cone towering out of the rolling mountains from a distance. In addition to the main peak, there are also subsidiary peaks with slightly lower altitudes, such as Egongji, Yuanshan, and Dawangding, with continuous mountains. There is a hiking trail at Meisha Point known as the most beautiful sky ladder in Shenzhen. A cloud viewing platform has been newly built on the top of the mountain, which can provide a 360-degree view. Looking around, you can see Dapeng Peninsula in the distance, Dameisha and Xiaomeisha beaches, Yantian Port, and Sanzhoutian Reservoir in the near distance, and you can also see Wutong Mountain from afar.
