❣️I've visited the mini Omakase restaurant in the middle of Central Eastville. This time, it's a new branch at Mega Bangna (Foodwalk zone).
A cute shop with a casual style with a Mini Heart logo 🫰❣️ in the shop. The meaning is according to the name of the shop, which means heart. Limited to 12 people per round and only 4 rounds per day.
Kokoro Omakase 心おまかせ
👨🍳 Head Chef at the Mega Bangna branch, an experienced sushi fusion restaurant and Eko-mae, adds a twist but still maintains the traditional sushi culture completely. The restaurant has 2 courses in total.

🥢 I came to eat Big Heart Omakase. There are more than 20 menus. Starting with Complimentary, which is a Sparkling Raspberry drink with a pen that is ready to show off your artistic patterns on the glass as you like.
1. Chawanmushi Zuwan Kani: Steamed egg in Zuwai crab soup (Hokkaido snow crab) topped with ankake, a Japanese-style thick soup.
2. Kanpachi Truffle: Kanpachi fish with truffle soy sauce, served smoked.
3. Shiro Kisu Tempura, white sand fish from Kyushu, fried in tempura style. Seasoned with lemon, Moshio salt
4. Floating Autumn Junchai from Akita, Mozuku seaweed from Okinawa, Japanese soybeans and tomatoes pickled in Amasu juice, sweet and sour, very refreshing
5. Madai Red snapper sushi, firm white fish, very chewy
6. Shima Aji Japanese hardtail sushi, topped with pickled Japanese orange peel, slightly spicy, crispy and bouncy
7. Toro Hamachi Yellowtail sushi from Kyushu, the belly of the white fish with the most fat
