London's Most Picturesque Neighborhood
As a lover of exploring cities on foot, I can say that Marylebone offers the perfect blend of charm, history, and vibrant energy.
One of the reasons I adore strolling through Marylebone is its architectural beauty. The elegant Georgian and Victorian buildings that line the streets are a sight to behold. The intricate details, grand facades, and colorful doors make me feel like I'm walking through a living museum. It's a place where history comes alive, and every corner tells a story.
Another aspect that makes Marylebone so delightful to explore on foot is its vibrant atmosphere. The streets are lined with charming boutiques, independent cafes, and quaint bookshops. Some of my favs:
• Monocle - cafe/magazine
• Shreeji Newsagents - you can find books, magazines and zines here
• Niwaki - a Japanese-style household shop

A Marylebone Christmas 🎄❤️✨
Marylebone has been a fashionable area in London since at least the seventeenth century – as its catalogue of famous residents (past and present) attests. Today it’s a world-famous shopping destination. Skip Oxford Street and instead amble along the much quieter and elegant Marylebone High Street, home to the famous Daunt Books. The area is also a first-class eating and drinking destination, from the world famous Chiltern Firehouse to newcomers like Bar Termini Centrale – the perfect spot for negroni fans. There are also a handful of attractions in this neck of the woods, including Madame Tussauds, the Sherlock Holmes Museum and the fascinating Wallace Collection. Mostly, though, people come here to wander the gorgeous Georgian streets and soak up the classy vibes. Now, isn’t that just as refined as it gets.
Marylebone Village, one of London’s most acclaimed shopping and dining areas, could be the perfect place to establish your shop or restaurant. A large proportion of the retail and leisure properties within the Village are owned and managed by The Howard de Walden Estate.

London|Newly opened cosy coffee near Regent Street
Last weekend, I went to Abuelo in Marylebone. The coffee shop is quite busy during the weekend and people are having brunch or coffee chat with friends.
Apart from the coffee, customers can also choose a variety of bread and cakes.
Magazines are also available in the store and the interior design is so modern with cosy vibe.
Coffee price : £4-5

The Marylebone area of London includes Paddington, Marble Arch and borders on Hyde Park and Regent Park.

Golden Ginkgo Trees in Marylebone High street
It’s amazed to see quite a number of Ginkgo trees when wandering around the Marylebone high street in a cold afternoon in Dec. All the Ginkgo tree leaves turned from green to yellow and were so beautiful!
