#getgoing2025 Maruyama Pancake I visited Maruyama Pancake, a pancake specialty restaurant in Sapporo, during my trip. The white pancake I ordered consisted of two fluffy pancakes topped with fermented butter, whipped cream, and vanilla ice cream. Yes, the white lumps on top are all butter! Of course, it's fermented butter from Hokkaido, so you can bet it's delicious! It is also covered with condensed milk sauce. The pancakes themselves are simple and not too heavy, so I finished them off with a perk.
