Marriott Mai Khao Beach Resort, Phuket
First, let me introduce the overall hotel experience. I took a shuttle bus directly from Anantara to the front desk of the Beach Marriott. Marriott has Chinese service which is really useful even though her Chinese is not very good. There were no major issues in communication during the check-in process, still providing passports, explaining activities and hotel facilities and restaurants, but you need to wait for the room until four in the afternoon, so you can go around and do some activities first, ps: there are turtles at JW.
I stayed at the Beach Marriott, and there are also the Club and JW, a total of three areas, this may be second only to JW, the decoration in the room is much newer than the club. There is a porch at the entrance, inside are washing machines and dryers, etc. On the left is a toilet connected to the twin room, which can also be closed inside to be used as a guest toilet. The beds in the twin room can be easily moved and can be completely turned into a large bed. Going inside, on the right is an open kitchen, all kitchen utensils are fully equipped, and the facilities are quite complete with microwaves, etc. Facing is a living room, on the left is a master bedroom, outside the master bedroom and living room is a connected balcony, there are tables and chairs on the balcony, the area is not small, it is really beautiful to have a cold beer while watching the sunset outdoors. (They even made an elephant with a towel)
The hotel's restaurant is very small, only here for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a bar next to it. There are very few types of breakfast, fortunately there are not many people eating in the morning, I don't know why a bunch of people are swimming in the pool in the afternoon, but there are hardly a few people seen in the evening and morning. Although there are not many types, the quality does not seem to be low, papaya is highly praised, their milk feels thicker, and the chocolate sauce is still Ferrero. The restaurant environment is really good and birds fly over to ask for food.
Besides the pool, I played for an hour and didn't go to experience anything else, I really didn't have time, all concentrated next to the front desk, there is a children's club, the gym is above the front desk, and behind the front desk is a lounge with a mahjong table inside.
At the end of the article, I want to complain about Ginja, I booked a view seat, and then it suddenly rained, and they moved me to a room similar to an open kitchen; I asked the waiter I want to sit in the corridor, there are still positions there, the waiter said that it is easy for us three adults and one child to fall down there, then the rain only lasted for a few minutes, I said it was over, I asked to move back to the view seat, the waiter disagreed, saying that it is not sure when it will rain again, and then there are no discounts or gifts. The most annoying thing is that after I finished eating and went out to pay the bill, the original corridor position was occupied by three adults, and the original view position was moved by guests!
