Imelda Park in Catbalogan City
Named after former first lady, Imelda Marcos, the park has had many renovations already as managed by the Provincial Government of Samar. Now tagged under Spark Samar, it has always been a favorite spot for families and friends.#catbalogancity #captivatingcatbalogan
#Malajog Zipline located about 30 minutes north of Calbayog, Samar in the Philippines is a non-starter if you happen it hear about it. It is closed. We had a look at the little beach resort there as the photos show. It would be an ok place to relax but while the beach sand is black and interesting other than that it’s not worth the trip.

Crossing History: The Majestic San Juanico Bridge Adventure
San Juanico Bridge, spanning the waters between Samar and Leyte in the Philippines, is a breathtaking sight and a feat of engineering. Stretching 2.16 kilometers, it's the longest bridge in the country, and its graceful curves and gentle arches seem to echo the rhythm of the waves below. Beyond its structural beauty, the bridge is symbolic, connecting two islands and their people, fostering unity and shared history. Standing there, you can feel the breeze, watch the sun dance on the water, and appreciate how this iconic landmark connects not only places but hearts across the Visayas.
