Marsan Provincial Park is located in Jinan County, North Jeolla Province. It was called Seidosan in the Silla period, and it was called Marsan in North Korea until now. Each season of Ma'er Mountain has different names. It is called Fangan Peak in spring, Longjiao Peak in summer, Ma'er Peak in autumn, and Wenbi Peak in winter. There are rows of stone pagodas like Mount Tai in Ma'ershan Pagoda Temple. It is said that there were more than 120 of these towers in the south of the Malan Mountain at the beginning, and there are more than 80 existing towers. Even if the storm comes, these towers will remain motionless and will not collapse, which is really peculiar. Another special feature of Mount Marr is the inverse icicles. After pouring water into a basin in the mountains in winter, the icicles will rise toward the sky. Why this happens is unknown.
