Not romantic at heart also suddenly become romantic....because there is no TV as a distraction 🤣. What I love about this place is that it's a perfect place for workation too. I have stayed here several times to do work and get focused. Because it's the hotel concept of co-living it has no frills at all. Laundrymat is self service just next to the lobby payment by credit card. There is starbucks machine mode of payment by cards. Since it is located at a mall, you can just head downstairs to any restaurant or food outlets to statisfy your hunger pangs. The hotel is also well kept and zen like....I really enjoy every workation I had over here.... #muststay #staycation #workation

My artistic side loves this place so much! There are so many cute and beautiful art pieces here, from interior to decorations. I love the unique chair, bears, greens, rabbits, lamps, ambience and vibe! This boutique hotel has improved. Stayed here last year but it wasn't this good. I remember getting lost while looking for this place and greeted with so minimum decorations. However, vibe is still same. Lyf has this co working space and unique gym for the people who stay at the boutique hotel. The last time I stayed here, I only found the wheels and see saw; now it's complete with other equipments as well! Oh not to forget the stairs and wall really motivate us to work out. This is located at 6th floor or the 3rd floor if you are using stairs from the lobby. Nice designed equipments that are unique and catchy. I won't mind spending time doing exercise here. #moreinsg Every time I passed by Funan mall, they have toys on display , the last time was a bunch of cute legos with movie themes such as Disney and funko pops. This time I saw the glass boxes filled with collections such as Pino jelly, Bobo &coco, Dimo, Pucky. They are super girly and pastel collections which are part of the many toys sold by the Pop Mart flagship store in Funan, if you haven’t been there it’s a huge store with so many blind box toys. Blind box means they will display every single toy in the collection, however collectors have no idea which will they get, so it is like unboxing a new surprise every time!

Iyf Singapore located at level 4 on top of Funan Mall, Hill Street. First of all, not the easiest to find but good location connected to the mall. It’s a good solid place for young visitors who doesn’t mind bit of noise and rowdiness. Check-In lobby has a good co-working vibe space but get easily congested at times. Room… hmmm i feel more like dormitory 😂 There’s no tv. Clothes hang in an open concept where there’s no wardrobe. I’m not sure about other bigger room. Window view is not that encouraging. Bed are comfortable but somehow the extra protruding wooden bed support is kind of annoying. So far I wouldn’t advice those who want to do staycay for party or anniversary but it’s ideal for tourist who prefer somewhere in a mall, convenient location and wanted something better than hostel. #staycation

Since it open it door during 2020 it have been two years. Is total different from. The whole. Mall. The new mall. Is hip and lively and is connect to mrt. As a new paradigm for live, work and play in Singapore’s city centre, Funan offers a synergistic combination of retail, office and serviced residence components that is designed to appeal to savvy consumers pursuing quality of life in a socially-conscious and creative environment. TELEVISION. There is none. Not one television in the room, which is simply the most ESSENTIAL item you should be able to find in your room. As per their response, a TV is not provided BUT a high-speed wifi is available for guests to use with their OWN devices. I mean.. quite surprising cause I don’t get the logic behind it. You mean.. the biggest co-living hotel in southeast asia.. doesn’t have a TV set in their room but oh, guests can use the hotel’s wifi instead! Just… amazing. All in all, will I recommend this hotel to my friends? I honestly will not. But! If you’re here with large groups of friends, this hotel might be interesting for you. It looks like a great venue for you to bond with a team of your close friends or colleagues. Though, that might be impossible now due to the pandemic restrictions. Maybe soon! The concept of Co-Living is interesting to me but it’s just a big no for me here. It feels very much like a dormitory. Staying in a hotel for leisure purposes, I would expect everything to be convenient for me but it’s just the opposite during my stay. Tell me about your experience if you ever stayed here.
