💓Tips for soaking in hot springs
✔️Before soaking in the hot spring, be sure to check the temperature of each pool to avoid burns.
✔️Enter the pool in order and soak from a low temperature. When your body adapts, gradually increase the temperature. Do not soak for more than 15 minutes to avoid chest tightness, thirst, and dizziness.
✔️Drink plenty of water during soaking to replenish the water lost through sweating.
