#meetsingapore One of the oldest and popular shopping centre in Orchard road. This shopping mall has everything I need, from food of different cuisine from over the world, competitive rates at money changers, super cheap souvenirs and clothing and fast food restaurants. It is also a congregation point for the foreign workers during weekends. During the lockdown period, there was always a long queue to enter this shopping mall. It is also located in a very convenient place in Orchard road. The bus stop and MRT is within reach and also there is an underground tunnel leading towards Takashimay Singapore. There is also a Singapore Pools here and you can find cheap coffeshop prices here.

Then follow me and come to Lucky Plaza. This new Indonesia food store was opened earlier in the beginning of the year. Today I revisited them and they have proper menu now. Plus, the decoration at the store is much better now. I love their Coto Makassar soup which comes with rice. This soup is beef soup and the soup has peanuts. So pls do not eat this if you have any food allergies. They also have sell Nasi Padang and you get to choose your own dish.

#musteat nasi bakar at Indo Express! Located at Baobao Foodcourt, Lucky Plaza. When you enter the building from level 1, you will see this near ATM and miniso. This grilled rice or nasi bakar is super nice! You can taste the fragrant smell of banana leaves wrapped on the rice, complete with lemonherb / basil, petai, and dried cuttlefish blended very well. If you love savoury food and can take salty one, you will like this! I add risoles also as snacks because I was too hungry, but I don't recommend the risoles (creamy vegetables spring roll). I was first introduced to fried duck when I went to Bali then I worked here long ago when it's just opened. Bebek Goreng Pak Ndut is originally from Java. They used to served their fried chicken and duck in a wooden plate with just few slice of cabbages. However, now they seem to improve a lot. This place become more crowded ever since Indonesia president Joko Widodo came to visit. Their food quality has improved also where it become more well seasoned and presented in better way just that the space has become smaller. Should try their specialty fried duck (if you are lazy to debone, there's option for shredded one), sangan (bbq) duck/chicken, and soto. I usually skip the rest of their menu. Avg.
