Paris is famous for romance, fashion, and art. Throughout the city I saw artists replicating beautiful landscapes on canvas, and even in art museums, painters are intimately studying famous artworks by painting replicas right next to the art piece. Perhaps most famously is the Louvre, with its iconic pyramid outside and housing the Mona Lisa and Venus de Milo inside its vast halls. The Mona Lisa is actually very small and overshadowed by the crowds of tourists trying to catch a photo with her. My personal favorite is Musee d’Orsay, which is housed in an old railway station, and includes many of Van Gogh’s famous paintings. I also enjoyed Musee de l’Orange, which had Monet’s masterpieces and other impressionist work. A truly wonderful location for art enthusiastsin Paris, France. it is Unbelievably congested with tourists and checking every department will take several hours. #passionpassport the louvre museum is one of my most favorite places that I visited in Paris. it is iconic, and really a place where I felt like I have learnt a lot. the entire museum is really huge and one day is not enough for me to explore the different galleries. there are plenty of paintings All around and they were really beautiful and pretty. i felt like I learnt a lot about the history of France here as well. of course the most iconic and favorite art pieces by many would be the Mona Lisa. could only take a picture of it from afar. overall would recommend making a visit to the louvre museum to gain more knowledge and just learn new things.

The museum is at the city's down town so you can stop by anytime, specially if it is a rainy day better this kind of indoor plans. The collection spans Egyptian history, from the the Old Kingdom (2055 BCE) up to the Byzantine era (to 1453). This museum is enormous so you can easily skip accidentally certain rooms. Spent my first day in Paris visiting the famous Lourve! If you decide to take an Uber, you still have to walk a little through the gardens/park area to this gem. I got my timed tickets about 3 weeks in advance, and the line for entry took about 5 minutes! The museum itself is very vast, there’s so many exhibitions to see and you could easily spend half a day there. It’s not too crowded, you can still get around easily and snap photos with almost no one in your backgrounds - start with the higher floors!
