Louise, the two star Michelin restaurant in the Center of Hong Kong , provides the best of the French cuisine and a great wine selection. Fine dining style, with luxury food of very hight quality. The caviar cold spaghetti and the cheese selection were incredibly delicious, but it’s something that you can find in other places too, What very blowed my mind it was the Chicken 😍. I never ever tried such a tasty and perfect cooked chicken , I would give you one more star only for this dish ! They have 2 floors, the first floor is like a french bistro, more casual, I loved their terrace, even though they have one Michelin Star, the atmosphere was very casual and nice! The second floor is the fine dining restaurant. You can choose a la carte or tasting menu. I love their Croque Monsieur, would easily just eat that! It is also a nice restaurant to go for a weekend brunch! With friends we would go for brunch and stay the whole afternoon in the terrace! Chef Franckelie is french, very attentive and fun! Located in PMQ, the Michelin one-star French restaurant Louise is renowned for its signature butter chicken, one of the 'Four Famous Chickens of Central.' Would you like to come and experience Michelin star dining this Christmas? This time, I couldn't resist ordering the very rich weekend brunch set. The appetizers alone were plentiful, with five dishes to share between two people. You can feel the care put into the selection of ingredients, flavor combinations, and seasoning! The oysters were very fresh with a complex taste. The foie gras with port wine sauce was incredibly rich, and the Hokkaido scallop sashimi had a firm texture, paired with a citrus seasoning that was very addictive. Now, onto the highlight: the butter chicken! It was incredibly fragrant and tender, not too greasy but full of flavor. It also came with Niigata rice cooked with chicken fat, which was absolutely delicious. Louise is housed in the historic former Married Police Quarters, decorated with vintage wallpaper and crystal chandeliers, recreating the colonial style of the 1930s. It's a very atmospheric space. For a Christmas feast, why not come here and experience Michelin star dining?

Louise was classic but laid back ambience and sweet service. I made reservations via the app and messages were answered promptly, we booked terrace seating and were reminded that we could change prior to the time as it was raining today. What was really nice and worth mentioning is that staff was great very attentive and friendly. They were knowledgeable with the menu, and totally suggested the right portion of food. The price is higher than average, but I consider it reasonable and even slightly inexpensive for a fine-dining experience of this quality. Overall, very nice food, chicken is amazing, as are the langoustines. I like their madeleines too.
