Busan is truly underrated...
Honestly, I think Busan is much more fun than Seoul! The scenery is more beautiful and closer to nature 🌊. There are many Instagram-worthy spots for amazing photos 📷, and the seaside has lovely shops and cafes ☕️, perfect for those looking to relax! I've put together a travel guide ✏️, feel free to save it if you need it~
———
1⃣️ Transportation: You can choose to fly directly to Busan from your country or take the KTX after visiting Seoul 🚄. KTX tickets can be booked online in advance, and you can board directly at the station! Korean train stations are super convenient, with no ticket checks or security screenings!
———
2⃣️ SIM Card: You can get an "LG U+" combo card 🎫, which costs about 90 RMB 💰 for unlimited data and transportation! After inserting the SIM card into your phone 📱, the remaining plastic card serves as a T-money card, so you don't need to buy an extra TMONEY card!
———
3⃣️ Busan Pass: It allows free access to over 40 attractions and can be used as a transportation card! I recommend getting a 48-hour pass 🎫, saving you over 200 RMB in two days! Make sure to visit Busan Lotte World on the last day! Just enter the park before the pass expires!
———
4⃣️ Must-visit Attractions:
✅ Haedong Yonggungsa Temple: The most beautiful temple in Korea 🌊, located on a seaside cliff.
✅ Cheongsapo: Known as "Busan's Little Kamakura" 🌊, with a seaside railway track that feels like a hot-blooded manga!
✅ Capsule Train: A retro-style colorful train offering stunning sea views, perfect for photos!
✅Gamcheon Culture Village: A fairytale-like town with colorful houses on the hillside 🎨.
✅ Baekseom Cultural Village: A super artistic coastal village with many beautiful cafes ☕️.
✅ Songdo Marine Cable Car: A super long cross-sea cable car 🚠 with a crystal cabin offering a transparent view of the sea below 👀.

As you arrive at the entrance, the first thing that catches your eye is the manor-style Cuckoo Clock Gate. Lotte World, the only amusement park in Busan, is a popular dating spot.
I had always thought about going, and this time, I took a day off during the week to visit Lotte World, the flower of dates, for an amusement park date.
Busan Lotte World is a brand new amusement park that opened in 2022, so the facilities are all clean, and the attractions feel cleaner than those in amusement parks in the metropolitan area, which was nice.
The location is also great, as it's just a few minutes' walk from Osiria Station on the Busan Donghae Line, making it a popular outdoor date spot for couples.
There are 15 types of rides, and the ones in operation change daily, so it's a good idea to check the website before visiting!

Busan Lotte World 'Roller Coaster Restaurant'
At the beginning of September, I visited Busan Lotte World. I was surprised to find that not only does it have roller coasters to ride, but even the restaurant has a roller coaster. The dishes are delivered from a high point on the ceiling, sliding down the track to your table just like a roller coaster 🤩
Besides the unique delivery method, the food is also delicious. I didn't have high expectations for theme park food, but I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the fried chicken, and it was served hot and juicy 🥹 The pasta sauce had a bit of a spicy kick, which was very appetizing 🤤
If you visit Lotte World, I highly recommend trying this restaurant 🤣
