Changshu Longdian is located at the northern foot of Yushan Mountain, originally built in the fourth year of the Taiping Xingguo era of the Northern Song Dynasty, and was renovated in 1995. Inside the hall, there is an ancient ginkgo tree from the Song Dynasty, with a peculiar shade known as the 'Dragon Tree.' In front of the tree is the tomb of the Dragon Mother, and to the northwest of the hall is Ruishi Gorge. The gorge is over a hundred meters long, with a huge stone at the top of the gorge, as big as a house, half hanging out of the cliff, also known as 'Zhuishi Gorge.' Next to the stone, a clear spring overflows, like filtering through ten thousand bushels, known as 'Shuilian Cave,' and the pool water is also called 'Zhuoquan.' The biggest highlight here is the tall and dense trees, lush and green, one next to the other, bringing fresh air from the verdant forest, with a high concentration of negative oxygen ions. You can take a walk with your children among the trees, breathing in the fresh air. There is a Dragon Pool inside, with clear and bright lake water, the green pool is like a green and shiny gem, crystal clear without any impurities, the surface of the water is as green as brocade, known as the 'Small Jiuzhaigou' of Changshu. If you come here on a day with a light drizzle, there is a small waterfall cascading down the hillside. 'A thousand feet of green mountains set off a silver ribbon,' the breeze blows, and the water threads are blown like smoke and mist, which is very beautiful. Walking around the scenic area with children, picking up branches, kissing wildflowers, hugging ancient trees, watching the green pool's ripples, climbing slopes to build perseverance, and breathing in plenty of phytoncides, two hours of outdoor activities for the day are more than completed. The hike started at 9.30am and ended at 6pm. The route was mostly under the shade of trees. It was 34 degrees on the day we went, but it was not as hot as we imagined. I drink a lot of water when I sweat, and I drank about 3 liters of water that day. There are a few places selling water in the first half, but basically none in the latter part. There are quite a lot of people on this route on weekends, and we met several teams. If you get lost, you can wait a while. The people I met were very welcoming, and I even had the opportunity to take some aerial photos.

The Yushan Hongying Line has recently become popular on social media, making it a hot choice for trips around Shanghai and Suzhou. 🥾 Many tourists choose to take a high-speed train🚅, taxi, or drive to Yushan Forest Park, and then navigate to Qingya Tea House. It's important to note that parking inside Qingya Tea House is free, but outside it's chargeable. For more convenient navigation and hiking, you can download the 'Liabuliu' app on your phone in advance. 🌴 The first checkpoint I recommend is the coffee shop near Longdian. Be sure to bring a helper to take photos📸. The scenery here is very suitable for photography with a high success rate. It can be described as Monet's Garden or the Emerald City. The water in Longtan is clear enough to see the bottom, and you can often see many beautiful girls taking various beautiful photos here. On non-weekend days, there are fewer people, allowing you to better enjoy the beautiful scenery. 🥾 Starting from Longtan, it takes about 20 minutes of mountain climbing to reach the Mountain Wild Cafe. This cafe has a very popular internet-famous window, which is one of the must-visit spots. ⚠️ The entire Hongying Line hike takes about seven hours, which is quite a test of physical strength. But the beautiful scenery along the way is definitely worth the time and effort. The Hongying Line passes through Lianzhudong, and the internet-famous rock is a must-visit spot, where many tourists take photos. You might have to queue on non-weekend days. ⚠️ It is recommended to hike after it has rained in the previous one or two days, so you can witness the spectacular sight of the stream gushing out. If lucky, you might also see waterfalls, adding to the fun and scenic value of the hike.
