a weekend staycation at the historic beachfront hotel of Lone Pine Hotel established in 1948, the oldest hotel along the famous tourist belt on the island's north coast of #batuferringhi .. There's still several vintage buildings from the heyday years when the hotel operating it's business is one of the unique selling points compared to other modern style hotels along the beach strips.. This evokes certain kinda of memories and nostalgia when i was in my primary years, i fondly remember my dad used to bring me to the fishing spot behind the hotel...apart from the amazing beach access, another signature features of the hotel are the casuarina trees on the expanse of green lawn, complete with hammocks... this is rather cute 'mistaken identity' where the hotel got it's names from pine trees which still remain until today. We chose to stay at Lone Pine in Batu Ferringghi as it had a different vibe. The location and the picnic by the garden was a pleasant experience. Staff were pleasant and they do try their best in making our experience memorable stay. #mytripvlog #summervacation #staycation

Love every second I spend at Lone Pine Penang. Its like Garden in the beach. You feel calm seeing the greenery and music at your ear with wave sound. Hotel is located at Batu Feringgi, very closed to all tourists attraction. Ferringgi mall, shop street and you may as well night walk at street shop. Overall I will definitely come here again maybe for honeymoon #beach #Lonepine #Penang #nightlife

Lone Pine Resort Penang is the place to be when you need a place to relax and getaway your daily busily life! This resort is quiet and tranquil… We stayed at the Deluxe Sea View Room which is quick big and very clean. We really love the soak pool at balcony, it’s such fun to just soak and enjoy the stunning sea view of Batu Ferringhi! Breakfast restaurant was good with the view and sea breeze but the food quality can be improve & watch out for the crows they do steal your food. We really love the swimming pool as well, we have spend half a day just laying by the pool! Overall we have a great stay here and wish to come back soon! #resortstyle

Relaxing, on vacation, the environment is good, the food is good, but when I moved in on the first day, the battery of the safe was broken, and it was even worse on the second day. The electronic lock had no power and I couldn't get into the room. So the management needs to improve a little, so I am a little disappointed with this hotel 😞
