I believe you will fall in love with this place just like I did!💕 - Day 1: City Center Sightseeing London Eye ➡ Westminster Abbey ➡ Tower Bridge ➡ London Dungeon ➡ The Shard - First, go to the famous London Eye, where you can have a 360-degree panoramic view of central London. The transportation is super convenient, and it is recommended to walk or take the subway to Waterloo Station. Then, it's about a 10-minute walk from the London Eye to the historic Westminster Abbey, a Gothic church that hosts royal weddings and coronation ceremonies! Next, take the Circle or District line subway from Westminster Abbey to Tower Hill Station, where you can see the iconic Tower Bridge of London🌉, and visit the exhibition inside the bridge! After that, it's about a 15-minute walk from Tower Bridge or take the subway to London Bridge Station to reach the London Dungeon, where you can experience the dark history of London! Finally, it's about a 10-minute walk from the London Dungeon to The Shard🔭, one of the tallest buildings in London, where you can enjoy beautiful city views from the observation deck! A very fulfilling day! - Day 2: Immersive Experience and Adventure Frameless Art Exhibition ➡ London Zoo ➡ London Hop-On Hop-Off Bus - First, we can take the subway to Marble Arch Station to experience Frameless - an immersive art experience. Great zoo, well planned out and loads animals to see. I really liked that most of the animals had free-range pavilions like the monkeys and birds,because I've seen in other zoos cages can be small. Some of the highlights of my recent visit include the apes, the tigers and lions, and the penguins too. There is plenty of information and talks on the animals, and it’s a surprisingly large zoo considering it’s location. All the staff were extremely helpful and shared some facts about the animals. Plenty to see here and good facilities, you can even hire mobility scooters. #bucketlistreboot London Zoo is a great place to visit with kids and enjoy a family day out. This is the oldest scientific zoo, managed by ZSL (Zoological Society of London) and known as ZSL London Zoo. In addition to the great selection of animals, it also opened the first reptile house, first public aquarium, first insect house (which we are not fans of) and the first children’s zoo. The Zoo is located in the famous Regent’s park offering amazingly decorated gardens and quirky art exhibitions in the park. We are lucky to call London our home and after many years living here, there are still things to do and places to see within the city’s boundaries. You could say it’s a city breaker’s delight. Myself and my daughter went to London for two day and one night, got to the Natural History museum for 10am and had rebooked tickets, so went straight in(no queuing🙌🏻) really enjoyed looking around the dinosaur exhibit , we took a packed lunch with us, which we ate in the cafeteria, we then headed to the science museum, which was fun(although I thought it would be more interactive) still very interesting though, especially the space and medicine areas. We then jumped in a cab to our hotel(EasyHotel in Kensington, small, clean, great location and cheap). In the evening we went for dinner at Ask Italian(lovely food, children menu too). The 2nd day we caught the tube from Earl’s Court (5 minute walk from hotel) , grabbed a McDonald’s breakfast and headed to London Zoo (if on universal credit, you can get discounted tickets) which was so much fun, lots of walk through areas, where you can get close to the animals, recommend taking a packed lunch if on a budget, as coffee/lunch can be pricey. Tips- wear comfortable shoes, take a raincoat and a battery pack as lots to take pics of.

It's been a while since my last visit, but today I discovered many familiar faces at the London Zoo. My friends and I were amazed to find so many animals from China, including the Chinese three-striped box turtle and the Chinese crocodile lizard. New additions like the Mangshan pit viper and the bicolor spiny tree frog were also a delight to see. Although I couldn't capture the elusive frogs on camera, the other animals were quite photogenic and active, except for the naturally sedentary ones. The zoo's layout and exhibits are excellent, providing a fun search experience without making it too difficult to find the animals. The relationship between visitors and animals is well-managed, allowing for unobtrusive observation and many exhibits without barriers, perfect for close-up photography without a telephoto lens. I was thrilled to capture the courtship behavior of the Chinese crocodile lizard! However, the relocation of the reptile house meant the absence of some old favorites like the South American bushmaster and the Peruvian crocodile lizard, which was a bit disappointing. The conservation studios have been updated with more completed and ongoing research projects. I remember when the little ones in P12 were new arrivals and not on display, but now they are a permanent exhibit and look stunning! In summary, plan for at least three and a half hours for a quick tour, or longer if you want to take your time. The zoo closes at 4 PM in winter, so arriving at 11 AM is ideal. You can get up close with animals like butterflies in Butterfly Paradise, monkeys in In with the Monkeys, lemurs in In with the Lemurs, tropical birds in Blackburn, and goats in The Farm Yard, which you can even pet. London Zoo is a fantastic place to explore, with many gentle animals in the same environment as visitors, without any glass barriers. Sometimes, animals might climb over the branches above or come right up to you. Although the weather in London is quite cold now, many animals have moved indoors, but the zoo has set up many indoor viewing points, so you can still see almost every animal without missing out. There are also many volunteers who provide explanations, helping visitors learn more about the animals and answer any questions they might have. The zoo is moderately sized, and you can definitely cover it in a day. At the entrance, you'll receive a map that divides the zoo into orange, blue, and green zones. Just follow the orange, blue, and green lines on the ground, and you won't get lost or retrace your steps. Once you've completed all three routes, you've seen the entire zoo. The zoo is located next to Regent's Park and is part of it. You can take the Northern Line to Camden Town and then walk, or get off at Regent's Park station and walk through Regent's Park. In recent years, I've visited aquariums more often, and it's been at least a decade since I last went to a zoo. This time, I decided to explore the London Zoo. The zoo has a wide variety of animals, although the large snake that talked to Harry Potter is no longer there. I particularly enjoyed the little monkeys; they seem completely unafraid of humans. However, it's important not to touch them, as you might get bitten and even be asked to leave the zoo. After visiting the zoo, there's a great Italian restaurant nearby called La Collina. Comparing the Phoenix Zoo's Light Festival with the Tucson Zoo's Light Festival. On the 25th, I visited the Phoenix Zoo's Christmas Light Festival, which is open from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Tickets are priced at $30 online and $35 at the gate. The display was quite impressive, with a lot of thought put into the design and shapes. The atmosphere during Christmas was particularly delightful. However, since it was dark and many animal areas were fenced off, there weren't many animals to see. I only spotted an elephant (hard to hide due to its size), a bald eagle, and heard wolves howling (thanks to the full moon). Most animals were hiding and sleeping. There was a rescue animal show where you could see armadillos, owls, and snakes. Arizona's desert climate means temperatures drop quickly at night. I wore a dress for the festive atmosphere and ended up feeling on the verge of catching a cold. Remember to dress warmly if you visit the light festival at night. It takes about two hours to walk through the entire display. The Tucson Zoo's light festival is priced at $13, but the zoo and lantern area are quite small. We finished walking through it in about half an hour. There were a lot of people, and the only animals we saw were flamingos and an elephant at the entrance. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it due to its low value for money. It makes me nostalgic for the Lantern Festivals back home during the Lantern Festival! #USTravel

I highly recommend arriving early to catch the first wave of visitors. In the morning, the sun isn't too harsh, and the animals are more active. By midday, many animals seek shade to rest, and most of the zoo's paths are open without much shade, making it cooler to visit earlier. Be sure to bring sun protection gear, such as sunglasses and a sun hat. The zoo features a wide variety of animals, and the landscaping closely resembles their natural habitats.
