Macau is famous for its many handmade foods. This time we had shrimp noodles. Hidden in the street, but easy to pass by, low-key style.
Although it is not very eye-catching, many people come here because of its reputation. Different languages can be heard in the restaurant👂
🦐Signature Shrimp Lo Mein $40
A must-order for every table. The aroma when it is served is very fragrant. It has a strong salty aroma, followed by the aroma of lard, and there is no alkaline taste.
The waiter was very nice. When he saw that the noodles were clumping together halfway through eating, he gave me a bowl of soup. Although it was noodle soup, it also had a light shrimp aroma☺️
🦐Fresh Shrimp Wonton Noodles $34
The taste is very traditional, the wonton skin is also salted water skin 🥟 There is less filling when you eat it, but it contains a shrimp 🍤 The noodles are very chewy, but there is no alkaline taste 👍🏻 The overall feeling is that you are eating the old-fashioned flavor, I personally don’t like it 😄
🐟Golden Sand Fried Dace Balls $52
It is fried upon order, so it takes a long time⏱ but it is worth the wait. The dace balls dipped in rice noodles have a crispy skin and springy fish meat inside😙 There is a sauce to order, which should be clam sauce, but it is a bit fishy (maybe I don’t know how to appreciate the freshness🥹
Price per person - ~$70
