#lightthecity An absolutely beautiful gallery that is free to the public. We were only there for an hour or so but you can spend two to three hours easily. There are several different galleries with the entire lifes work of the talented artist Li Zijian. My favorite paintings were of the Nanjing Massacre and some post-modern crazy works that seem to bend reality. It really makes you feel talentless walking through the halls! There is also a history of the building of the site, which took place quite recently. Outside, there is a beautiful pond with ducks and geese that you can feed. And there is a cool coffee shop to take a breather and get out of the heat of Changsha. Truly a great new addition to the city! Would highly recommend this free attraction!
