Paris｜Must try tasty hotpot in Paris during Christmas time

During this visit to Paris, I finally got to try the famous Liuyishou Hotpot. My friend in Germany and I in the UK don’t have this hotpot chain near us, so I was absolutely craving it! The restaurant was packed with both Chinese and international guests, and the business was booming when I arrived. It was such a joy to experience authentic Liuyishou Hotpot here—I really hope they open a branch in London soon!
🥤 The popular drinks here are amazing, especially the passion fruit flavor. It’s refreshing with a hint of sweetness and a fruity aroma that pairs perfectly with hotpot during the summer.
Each person gets their own pot, which is super hygienic. They serve delicacies like bullfrog, duck blood curd, and beef tripe—all incredibly fresh and tender!
The bullfrog is a standout, with a chewy texture and a fragrant spicy topping—just like back home!
The ice jelly dessert is served in a huge bowl, topped with raisins, watermelon chunks, and other goodies. It’s sweet, refreshing, and perfect after a hotpot meal.
The crispy pork bites are crunchy and flavorful, great to snack on or even cook in the broth.
