Wow , from the usual baozi in Shanghai to this elevated level of deliciousness , little Bao in Hong Kong knocked my socks off by combining eastern and western flavours to lead to a beautiful symphony of flavours and also the presentation! 😋 My orders included : 1) The pork belly bao - It was absolutely fantastic and smooth , the bao was so soft and exactly what you would expect from a regular baozi but wow the burger style it was made it was just brilliant ! 🤩 2) Taco - The crispy fish taco was another wonderful addition to the dishes we ordered , it was crunchy with a nice bite and beyond my expectations once again! 3) Cuttlefish Balls - This new trend of having carbon coloured coated food I have been aware of , but this was the first time I tried it , very delicious !! The dip was also awesome ! 3) Fries: You can’t go wrong with truffle fries cause that’s what they are and again brilliant to taste , I will defo order this again! 🤤 4) Salad: Amazing !!! I love how they took the regular canned fish we get with black bean sauce and turn that into a western flavour ! The mayonnaise really complements the black bean fish , I wasn’t expecting much but boy was I surprised !! Totally worth the money if you want baozi to surprise you!
