Leifeng Pagoda in Hangzhou
#chinaattractions This famous Leifeng Pagoda is the place of Chinese folktale White Snake, who was imprisoned in Leifeng Pagoda. It’s a must-visit place in Hangzhou. First, you need to buy an entrance ticket for 40 yuan. Elderly visitors can conveniently access the site, as there are escalators and elevators available. The first floor features an exhibition of the original pagoda ruins, with only the foundation remaining. The beautiful pagoda we see today is a reconstruction built over the original base. It has five floors and eight sides, offering a stunning 360-degree view of Hangzhou.
At the top, you can walk up the stairs to enjoy a panoramic view of West Lake Xihu. If you prefer not to walk, you can take the elevator to the top floor. The lake view from above is breathtaking, like a painting, bringing a sense of peace and serenity.
