It is perfect for lovers of bric-a-brac and vintage objects. If you're on a never-ending quest for the perfect gem for your mantle piece, you can visit the market to unearth an object right out of cinema history. Unusual posters, trinkets, postcards, yellowed photos or even books and crockery, the antiques dealers of the well-named Market from Times Gone By (Marché d'Autrefois) at Place Saint-Jin-Jin will definitely have a drawer containing the piece that was missing from your collection.

Cannes, France—Free Parking, Film Festival Mecca and Charming Coastline At our first stop in France, we unexpectedly found a great free parking spot, in a great location, right near the beach! There is a very long coastline here, which must be crowded with people in summer. It’s a pity that the weather was still a bit cold when we went there, otherwise I really wanted to jump into the water and have a good swim! Convenient parking environment It takes about 3 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the beach. There are also water stations and toilets nearby, which is super convenient for car travelers. Not only that, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town of Cannes from here, where you can stroll through it and feel the unique atmosphere of this film capital. The most famous Cannes Film Festival is held every year at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes. During this visit, we happened to encounter the "Ninja" extreme sports challenge. Unfortunately, the tickets had been reserved for free long in advance, and there was no way to wait on the spot. Home of the Film Festival & Ninja Warrior Challenge Cannes is best known for the Cannes Film Festival, which is held every year at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. During our visit, we stumbled upon a Ninja Warrior. Unfortunately, all the free tickets had been booked in advance, and there were no walk-in spots available. We had to settle for watching from the outside, but it was still exciting to see the athletes push their limits! Cannes offers more than just its world-class film festival—it boasts a breathtaking coastline and convenient travel facilities, making it a destination well worth visiting. Next time, we’ll be sure to come back when the sun is shining and enjoy the beach to the fullest!

For 12 days in the middle of May each year, the world's attention is focused on the center of world cinema - Cannes. Walking past fashion shops and the palace on the crossroads, it's impossible not to be deeply impressed by all the wealth and charm here. We really enjoyed walking by the port and admiring the beautiful yachts. We thought we will see a lot of big and expensive yachts in Monaco, however we felt there were more and nicer boats in Cannes, so definitely pay a visit to the port. The port is beautiful and the views towards the city and old town are great. The yachts are absolutely stunning 😍 Take your time to admire them and enjoy your time around the port.
