Service: A butler adds guests on WeChat one day prior to arrival. The staff here are professional, friendly, and always proactive with arrangements. Their service strikes the perfect balance—attentive yet unobtrusive, creating a genuinely comfortable atmosphere. The mini-bar is completely complimentary, including a bottle of sparkling wine along with red and white wines, demonstrating remarkable generosity.
