Take a short 20 to 30min hike up this mountain to see the most beautiful sunset in the Yangshuo and Guilin areas. Be warned it does get packed up there so go early to get a good view. Located in Xingping Old Town, about 45min drive form Yangshuo. The mountain is a very steep climb and can get slippery when it rains so be prepared and wear the correct shoes. The best time to climb is for sunrise or sunset as that’s when you’ll see the true beauty of the nature below. One of the many short hikes near to Yangshuo. It takes about 40/50 min from the main village. You will arrive at an area for boats and this trail is difficult to see. Best guess is that because it’s free nobody cares to show tourists where it is. once again as it has a steep incline it was very quiet . only 3 others on the short trail.
