The history and art worn on the body
I didn't expect the "Thousands of Faces" national treasure-level embroidery exhibition, which was originally scheduled to end on the 19th of this month, to be withdrawn ahead of schedule today. It's worth noting that just two days ago, I mentioned wanting to see this exhibition in the 2024 museum list.
Perhaps it was fate that I, completely unaware of the early withdrawal, managed to catch the last day of the exhibition. How fortunate indeed!
All the exhibits are national treasure-level embroidery masterpieces, ranging from dragon robes to auspicious attire, from Manchu full-body dresses to Han Chinese horse-face skirts. The exquisite embroidery work is truly astonishing.
The fish-scale pleats of the horse-face skirt are lively and light, creating a very impressive visual art experience. It turns out that for thousands of years, people have already been wearing history and art.

Beijing X Art Museum XMuseum | Exploring Multiculturalism and the Future of Art
The Beijing X Art Museum (X Museum) is a museum dedicated to promoting contemporary Chinese culture and international exchange. It focuses on creators with diverse media and multidisciplinary backgrounds, looking towards the future of cultural arts, and connects a new generation of artists from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds through various spatial forms. The mission of X Art Museum is to become an inclusive international exchange platform from the perspective of the younger generation, to develop together with the local city community, and to promote sharing and communication among audiences through the collection and interpretation of both tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
X Art Museum is located at Building E1, Langyuan STATION, No. 53 Banjieta Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing (Warehouse No. 10). The museum implements a new ticketing policy called 'Pay as You Wish,' where visitors can choose to pay any amount starting from 10 yuan, with different payment amounts enjoying corresponding benefits. Active and retired military personnel, people with disabilities, and medical workers can enjoy free admission. The student ticket policy allows students aged 14 and above (middle school, high school, university students, and graduate students) to enjoy a 1 yuan exhibition benefit. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult to visit the exhibition, and children must purchase tickets according to the 'Pay as You Wish' ticketing policy.
The exhibition projects of X Art Museum include 'The Collection of a Girl 101,' 'X Virtual' digital art platform, and the X Art Museum Triennial, among others. The 'The Collection of a Girl 101' exhibition uses pink as a clue, gathering 49 pieces from the museum's collection in a newly restored historic building, focusing on the body in art. 'X Virtual' is a digital art platform that stimulates new art production through collaboration with artists and technology experts. The X Art Museum Triennial is a highly anticipated permanent exhibition project that takes place every three years, rhythmically reviewing contemporary Chinese art and its development.
In addition, X Art Museum has also partnered with Taikoo Li Qiantan to establish The Pool by X Museum, which opened in March 2024, aiming to become a platform that widely embraces art.

Langyuan Station, a great spot for walking with kids or just taking a stroll, is free and off the beaten path, offering superb photo ops
It's a match for 798‼️ This might just be the cutest cultural and creative park in Beijing!!
Hello everyone, I'm Little Sun
Spring is here, and everything is coming back to life🌱
When the weather is nice, don't stay at home, come out for a spring outing~
Although Beijing has started to bloom, most areas are still not green.
Today, I want to recommend a place filled with fairy-tale charm🌈
This place is perfect for taking photos, especially for weekend outings with kids, and it's also a great spot for friends and couples to take a walk. It's pet-friendly, free, and not crowded, making it ideal for a weekend city walk~
Langyuan Station
This site used to be a Beijing textile warehouse, with a small fresh industrial style. Now, it retains 30 warehouse buildings, which have been transformed and divided into different trendy blocks, featuring cafes, trendy shops, lifestyle markets, niche check-in spots, with a central station at its heart, and the west side leading to Jiangfu Park
🌟📸 Recommended photo spots:
✔️ The iconic giant slide at the warm HAXXY family center
The family center is now closed, but the slide is still a great photo spot, and I particularly like this position
✔️ Station Grill retro gas station
American retro style, very distinctive, actually a burger restaurant
✔️ lovely things collection of cute items
The giant pink rabbit on the roof is especially adorable, with a creamy Instagram style, and inside there are many super cute cultural and creative items
✔️ POWER GIRL STYLE Nutcracker
The entrance is particularly suitable for taking photos
✔️ 'Flying Pig' cafe
The entrance has cartoon figures, perfect for taking pictures with
✔️ Bounce
A super cute toy store, also great for taking photos at the entrance
✔️ Central station platform & Jiangfu Park railway tracks
The station platform and the abandoned railway tracks are great for photos, especially in the afternoon backlight☀️ Use a telephoto lens to capture the extended tracks and portraits, creating a sense of compression📷 We spent the most time playing here with the kids, who loved running around. The west side leads to Jiangfu Park, which is even more beautiful when the February orchids bloom in April🌺
I also recommend some cute decorations and shops: colorful spiral staircases, colorful seats, a red retro bus, One Way Space, DOS Dao Si, National Geographic Camp in China...

Langyuan
Langyuan Station, compared to other art parks, is small but exquisite
There are many super cute shops suitable for taking pictures
Most of the photo-worthy spots are concentrated in the western part of the park
Each of the red brick old houses has its own unique style
It's super suitable for a comfortable stroll
Location: Langyuan Station
Admission: Free, no reservation required
You can walk, take your kids, shop, have afternoon tea, and bring pets
You can watch basketball games on the rainbow stairs
There are various quirky cartoon animal large-scale hand-made
There is also a station and tracks extending into the depths of the forest
The leisurely and chic cafes are very, very life-like
Langyuan Station is next to Jiangfu Park, originally the Beijing Textile Warehouse. The area has a dedicated railway line, more than 30 warehouses, and 2.23 kilometers of property railway. The park is not particularly large, and the railway is easy to find!!! Langyuan and the park are next to each other, you can turn around together

I'm not saying this just for the sake of it! You can really spend a whole day taking photos in Beijing
It's Beijing! Fewer people make it easier to take photos, so go quickly.
The snow hasn't melted yet! It's still great for a stroll.
Those who missed the first two snowfalls are in luck now!
It's right at Langyuan station.
Apart from being a bit far, there's nothing wrong with it!
However, if you live in Chaoyang District, sisters,
it's not far at all.
There are many shops in the entire park to visit!
Home decor, coffee, dining, they have it all!
📷Photo spot directions↓:
1️⃣P1-3: Pass through the direction of the track extension on the central station side
2️⃣P10-14: Next to the parking lot, dotcom coffee
3️⃣P15-18: Cute compilation, very nice and adorable to visit!
☕️: I recommend going to deck coffee, the view from the window is very nice, and Linyu Huajian is also good, but you need to make a reservation

Bookmark this! The new outdoor ice rink that Ice Mom tells you about!
Bookmark this! The new outdoor ice rink that Ice Mom tells you about!⛸ The entertainment for kids who learn ice hockey after getting off the ice is still going to the outdoor ice rink. They love ice and snow. I asked why he likes skating, he said he likes the speed on the ice haha, it turns out to be speed and passion😁🆒
When I went to Langyuan Station to take the kids out, I found a new outdoor ice rink Q, in the sunken square area, it used to be a sunken basketball court Q, just changed to an ice rink, the new ice rink just opened with few people and the ice is very smooth, rush!
Because it is newly opened, there are complete protective gear, helmets, and ice skates here, and they are all new. Just choose according to the child's size, the sizes are complete. My child is used to wearing his own ice skates so he brought his own, and brought the helmets and protective gear here, the ice dolphins that the children like, with this they can play for a long time. We played for most of the day, until it was almost dark.
It's much happier to play with him here than to accompany him in training usually. Here, adults can stay in the glass house to watch the children skate, without having to freeze outdoors, it's too comfortable. Have a cup of coffee and watch him play, the nearby restaurants and cafes also cooperate with the ice rink, there are discounts for buying coffee and dining, you can fully feel the intention of the ice rink!
