I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lai Ching Yuen in the Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur, and it was an experience worth sharing! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the elegant ambiance—a perfect blend of sophistication and warmth. The highlight of my visit was their newly enhanced Dim Sum Buffet menus. Under the expert guidance of Executive Chinese Chef Thye Yoon Kong, who has over 30 years of experience, every dish was a masterpiece.
Some of the exquisite dishes I had were Steamed Siew Mai with Fish Roe, Deep-fried Bean Curd Roll with Shrimp, and the innovative Crispy Fish Skin with Salted Egg Yolk. The weekend specials, such as Steamed Siew Mai with Mini Abalone and Baked Durian Puff, were absolutely divine and available in limited quantities. Whether you visit for the Weekday Buffet (Tuesday to Friday, RM88++ per adult) or the Weekend & Public Holiday Buffet (Saturday to Sunday, RM108++ per adult), there's something to delight every palate.
