I stayed at the Ramada Hotel because I had a conference to attend at the University of Warwick. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient. Even if you take a taxi, which is easy to hail, you can get there in the blink of an eye. When I checked in, the hotel was undergoing some renovations, but it was still comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful when I asked for directions and were very efficient during my check-in. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was also roomy. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection. There are other food options outside the hotel, ranging from Indian to Lebanese cuisine. However, outside the hotel, the area is a bit run-down and in need of refurbishment. Everything was comfortable during my stay at the hotel, and I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area. We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff were polite. We didn't eat there because it was only a short walk to the city center, which was ideal for us. Since the hotel is close to the city center, the parking lot is located next to a multi-story car park by the hotel, and if you are staying at the hotel, you can use the 24-hour parking lot for a fee of 6.50 pounds. However, when you leave the hotel and check out, you only have 10 minutes to exit the parking lot, which is not ideal. I recommend staying at this hotel for sightseeing in the city center. Good location, very central, with a lovely restaurant across the street. Friendly staff. Good room price. Good facilities price. This is an average four-star hotel where we stayed for four nights. The room was nice and spacious. The facilities were not very complete, towels needed to be replaced, and the corridors needed new carpets. Breakfast was terrible! Staff need to smile more. Some individual staff members were still nice. Although the hotel building doesn't look very appealing from the outside, it is beautiful inside. The rooms are both spacious and beautiful. We came to this city for an awards ceremony elsewhere, and we returned to the hotel around midnight, when the bar was about to close. But the friendly bar staff kept it open for us until 3:30 in the morning. A decent hotel, but not to the extent that one would be eager to come back and stay. The front of the hotel and the walk to the main entrance are not the most attractive. It is a nice hotel with gorgeous food in the restaurant and beautiful decorations on the floor. In the centre of Coventry, 10 minutes away from the train station. The first time I ordered whole baked Camembert (£15). It might be a bit greasy if I eat it alone, but it is delicious and has a strong cheese flavor. I recommend sharing it with friends. The second time I ordered a cheese burger, which was £13 and very delicious. I highly recommend it. The salty and sweet meat paired with mustard cheese gave the burger a layered taste experience. I ordered a ginger mojito, £5 and it was delicious. Herbert art gallery and museum is situated at the city centre of Coventry. On the ground floor, there are exhibitions about the history of Coventry, story of Lady Godiva as well as war and peace. Make sure you visit this museum and exhibition if you are interested in the history of this beautiful town. When you go upstairs, you will see 5 gallery rooms. Currently, only the first two are opened to public and they are about the life of the British youth and some paintings like the countryside of Coventry back in the 18th and 19th centuries.

Swanswell park and pool is located near downtown Coventry, a few minutes walk from Pool Meadow Bus Station. The park is not very big, it took 10 minutes to walk to the end. In addition to the pond, there are many pigeons and geese walking along the way.

#coventrytrips Really just an incredibly cool little museum. Many unique aircraft that you won't find in other places, LOADS of detail in the exhibits within the hangar. Bumped into a member of staff by the Vulcan who welcomed me into the cockpit and gave me a talk about the plane. For £10 entry and £4 for a guidebook, it's a bargain and 2 or 3 hours well spent learning. I'm a lightning nerd, sorry. The Starfighter was my highlight though. Well done to all the staff.

The museum houses an eclectic mix of old and modern paintings, natural world exhibits and items from Coventry's past, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed. #coventrytrips St Mary’s Guildhall may be small, but it is full of beauty and intricate details. The highlight of our visit was the fantastic tour of the main hall and upstairs area. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the stunning tapestry, stained glass, and hidden details we would have otherwise missed. The signs are excellent throughout, with an additional option to use their included tablet guide. Volunteers are also very kind and informative. We spent about an hour in the ten rooms.

#coventrytrips had a totally different experience visiting this cathedral, seeing the remains of what's left from the bombings during world war 2, and seeing the words 'Father Forgive' written on the wall behind the wooden cross, and listening to a beautiful small group singing hymns and preaching the goodness of Jesus. Wonderful views of a historical mega structure overlooking the modern university town centre of Coventry. Well worth a visit.

So much local memorabilia, like the piano used in Mouldy Ol' Dough, and the car from the Ghost Town video. I have wanted to visit here for a while, and as we were in Coventry at a wedding for the weekend, we took the opportunity to pop in whilst we were sight seeing. One of the best run attractions I've been to. Lots of nice memorabilia.

You can also try on some items of clothing, however I do wish there were some interactive exhibits geared towards adult visitors. Overall, a top notch visit and the museum really does give Beaulieu a run for it's money. A must visit.
