Today I went to celebrate my birthday with a friend. He chose a Japanese cafe to eat with me. By the way, we haven't seen each other for a long time, so we can chat and take a picture🤓 We ordered the chicken steak and cat ears with green sauce 🩷🩷🩷 There are 3 points for the chicken steak😂 because the skin is very crispy, and the meat is very juicy and not too old very tender, but the flour cooked more hard and the green sauce is not enough juice, no taste, a bit disappointed. Apple tart with Hokkaido 5.0 raw milk ice cream 🩷🩷🩷🩷 I think it plays normally, the apples are not too dry after baking, a bit moist however the only drawback is that the ice cream melts quickly. The speed of eating cannot keep up with the speed of melting. Matcha mochi cake🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 I personally prefer this one, the smoky marshmallows go well with the matcha sauce and the sponge cake, and its matcha flavor is very strong and great, not leaking at all. Add some crunch and the taste is even richer. Overall I thought its desserts were better than the main course, next time I want to have dessert I will come to this, however if you want to meet friends to eat longer this may not be for you, it has a limited time.
