The dining experience and food quality speaks of nothing less than luxury. One of the best highlight goes to their in-house soba noodles served with their own premium soy sauce which paired well with the super-crispy tempura moriawase. The fresh wasabi-daikon-spring onion combo elevates the soy sauce at a different level. Their shrimp karaage was seasoned to perfection and a great sharing-appetiser. The salmon ikura don was served generously with the salmon caviar and the salmon cuts were fresh making it such an addictive meal. One must order their hotate which is of premium quality and bigger size than other similar outlets with comparative prices. Their handmade buckwheat noodle is so springy and easy on the stomach which is served hot . I'm lucky enough to have tried their uni which is fresh from the ocean and this dish is seasonal and limited. Excellent cooking and top notch service. Will definitely be back again.
